Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting PureDrip to your doorstep.

Shipping

Delivery Area: We currently deliver across Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are working on expanding to other cities soon.

Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Shipping Charges: Free delivery on all orders above ₹500 within Bengaluru. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹500. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Packaging: Every bottle is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a corrugated box with protective padding. Our syrups are in glass bottles, and we take extra care to ensure they reach you safely.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Products: If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.

Quality Concerns: If the product does not meet the quality described on our label, contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and offer a replacement if valid.

Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.

Refunds: We prioritise replacements. If not possible, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

Shelf Life: Best consumed within 3-4 weeks of opening. Refrigerate after opening.

Glass Bottles: Handle with care. We replace any breakage during transit immediately.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.
